Specialist Consultant focuses on assess patient suitability for cbpms through detailed review of medical history and prior treatments.
What the role involves
- Assess patient suitability for CBPMs through detailed review of medical history and prior treatments.
- Develop personalised treatment plans.
- Managing complex and treatment-resistant conditions using a holistic approach.
- Maintaining accurate, compliant clinical records (e.g. Meddbase or similar).
- Participate in clinical governance activities (audits, peer review, case discussions).
Skills and requirements
- Full registration and licence to practise with the General Medical Council (GMC).
- Medical degree with CCT (or equivalent).
- Certification or training in CBPM prescribing.
- Experience in clinical research, audit, or publication.

- Remote (UK-based).
- This role offers a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, suited to established clinicians who are confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative MDT.
