• We have 3 self-contained flats within the service to enable service users to build their individual skills before discharge while still having the full support of the multi-discipl.
• There is a dedicated clinical team who provide multi-disciplinary input including occupational therapy, psychology, psychiatry, and nursing staff.
• Be supported by one Band 5 Occupational Therapist, one Occupational Therapy Assistant and 3 Activity Co-ordinators across site.
