As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, the work centres on be supported to develop your clinical and leadership skills from our Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist and Clinical Team Leader. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

How support shows up

Be supported to develop your clinical and leadership skills from our Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist and Clinical Team Leader. Assess and treat patients referred to the service, with an aim to facilitate discharge from the acute setting as efficiently and effectively as possible. Be part of the wider multidisciplinary team working on the acute medical wards assessing and treating patients with a variety of clinical conditions, including frailty, endocrinolo.

What needs to be in place

  • Appropriate clinical experience in acute setting.
  • Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • HCPC registration with OT qualifications.
