Leading a specialist pharmacy role for Ophthalmology Services, providing senior clinical leadership and acting as an expert for medicines optimisation. Requirements

- Degree in Pharmacy as recognised by GPhC and registered member of GPhC.
- Evidence of relevant clinical experience in hospital pharmacy.
