Job description
As a Support Worker, the work centres on we aim to achieve this through the building and provision of affordable and secure homes, and by supporting individuals to take control and lead independent, fulfilled lives. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.

What you would be doing
We aim to achieve this through the building and provision of affordable and secure homes, and by supporting individuals to take control and lead independent, fulfilled lives. BCHA work closely with the Salvation Army to provide support to survivors of ‘modern slavery’. BCHA are a diverse and growing specialist housing, learning and support provider.
The working style that fits
Handling shift-by-shift responsibilities with consistency and care. Strong professional approach.
Practical information
- · provide weekly 1- 1 sessions with individual ‘survivors’ that are outcome focussed.
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a share of the on call rota.
- On-call: Participation in an on-call rota (paid in addition to salary).
