Speciality Glaucoma Doctor - 6/12 month FTC focuses on manage patients with existing and undiagnosed glaucoma along with other ocular conditions.
What the role involves
- Manage patients with existing and undiagnosed glaucoma along with other ocular conditions.
- Provide management plans for existing Glaucoma referrals.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Support to patients and their families regarding glaucoma management and treatment options.
Skills and requirements
- Experience in ophthalmology, particularly in managing glaucoma cases and ability to work independently.
Confirmed role details
- This is a Part Time role you'll be required to work 2 days per week 19h/pw on a 6-12 month FTC.
- Generous salary which is reviewed annually.
- This role pays up to £100,000 pro rata (Part Time annual salary of £48,133.33-50,666.66) dependent on experience.
- Generous matched pension contributions.
