• A well-established specialist SEN school in Croydon is seeking a Principal Speech and Language Therapist to support.
• Play a key role in supporting therapy outcomes, working closely with senior leadership and education staff to ensure a joined-up approach that helps pupils access learning.
• Carry out assessments, diagnosis and intervention planning.
• Supporting the coordination of therapy provision across the school.
• Provide guidance and informal support to therapy staff where needed.
• Ensure interventions align with EHCP outcomes.

Skills and requirements

• Recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification.
• HCPC registered and RCSLT member (or equivalent).
• Strong SEN experience, ideally autism.
• Some experience supporting or mentoring others (desirable).
