This Speech and Language Therapist Advisor (Early Years) role is focused on the key purpose of the role is to support teachers and practitioners in schools and settings in improving speech, language and education outcomes for their children through the imp. It would suit someone who can bring warm, reliable, and clear in communication to the role.

Who the work supports

Salary Range: [[SALARY_0]] pro-rata, per annum (actual salary [[SALARY_1]] per annum). The work pattern for this 0.5FTE role is over 2.5 days per week, however we will consider candidates wishing to work a Term-Time only work pattern.

The key purpose of the role is to support teachers and practitioners in schools and settings in improving speech, language and education outcomes for their children through the imp. Someone who has an excellent knowledge and understanding of early years speech and language development, with a passion for inclusive practice in all areas of work. Be able to challenge existing practices and identify innovative solutions.
