Speech and Language Therapist focuses on support, coaching and training to families, caregivers, and outside clinicians on strategies and techniques to facilitate communication development at home and in the community.

  • Support, coaching and training to families, caregivers, and outside clinicians on strategies and techniques to facilitate communication development at home and in the community.

Skills and requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Communicate effectively with those supported, their families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Must be fit and able to carry out the duties of the position.
  • Flexibility: Normal working hours will be between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday but the role will require some flexibility over how and when these hours are worked.

  • Learning Together is a small, specialised care and supported living provider for autistic adults with complex challenges of learning, communication and behaviour.
