What the role involves

• Conduct speech and language assessments and contribute to EHCP outcomes.
• Delivering 1:1, group and classroom-based therapy interventions.
• Supporting learners with speech, language, communication and social interaction needs.
• Create therapy plans, reports and clinical notes.
• Provide communication strategies and classroom recommendations to school staff.
• Work collaboratively with families, teachers and external professionals.

Skills and requirements

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT).
• Registered with (essential).
• Membership with preferred.
• Experience in paediatric, school-based or SEND settings preferred.

Confirmed role details

• Manchester / Wythenshawe / North West.
• £40,000–£50,000 (DOE).
• Full-time / Part-time considered.
• Play a vital role in delivering therapeutic interventions and supporting EHCP outcomes within a multidisciplinary team.
