Our young people present with a complexity of need including developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions and special educational needs.

Be a confident, engaging and effective, model, guide, leader and trainer. Based in Windsor, the school meets the needs of a diverse group of pupils with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours.

What needs to be in place

• Be a specialist with proven skills and experience to engage and deliver therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs.
• Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
• Need experience of supporting teams around a child or young person to ensure they are being provided with clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences.
