Role overview

Support teaching staff in classrooms, supervise learning activities, and help students remain focused and on task. This position is ideal for individuals from a sports or coaching background who are keen to work in education.

Main responsibilities

Reporting on student engagement and behaviour to teaching staff. Supervise students during lessons as part of learning support or cover supervision. Use coaching skills to encourage engagement and positive behaviour.

Requirements

• Hold an up-to-date CV with two references from the last 2 years.
• Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
• Genuine interest in supporting education and student development.
