Sr AI Editorial Lead focuses on design, science, and engineering teams, to support evaluation, automation and curation efforts in the ai development process.

What the role involves

• Design, science, and engineering teams, to support evaluation, automation and curation efforts in the AI development process.
• You must enjoy context-switching and partnering at all levels of the organisation to deliver results.
• This person will deliver delightful conversational experiences through LLM data curation and editing, evaluation, and prompt engineering.
• Curate and evaluate short-form content along a defined criteria that will be used to assess, optimize and train our AI models.
• Define, align and guide global stakeholders in implementing language and evaluation guidelines for Generative AI shopping experiences.
• Uphold response quality by exercising judgment and using customer feedback to continually drive improvements across team processes.

Skills and requirements

• Strong experience in Product/Program Management, Marketing, Communications or Journalism.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or comparable fields.
• Highly effective at writing, editing and assessing short form content across diverse subject matters.
• Experience in defining and owning project objectives, requirements, and delivery.
