What the role involves
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a customer-first mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve support and service delivery.
- Provide operational support for global PSD/Partner batch jobs and automations, ensuring reliability and performance across deployments.
- Handling daily tasks through SAS Cloud ticketing systems, following CIS best practices and IT Service Management principles to meet SLA requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive service documentation, including runbooks, knowledge base articles, and internal wiki content.
- Provides quality assurance internal review for other members of the group.
- Provide service leadership for local teams by managing service queues and assigning tickets based on team procedures.
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
- Ability to script or write software programs that acknowledge the peculiarities of the underlying machine architecture.
- Ability to hold or be eligible to obtain UK Secuirty Clearance (SC or higher).
- Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
