What the role involves
- Maintaining meaningful floor presence across the site(s), building rapport at all levels and identifying concerns before they escalate.
- Assess workplace conditions through regular site(s) walks, establishing routines to maintain facility standards in alignment with Amazon expectations.
- Partner with site(s) leaders and safety teams to ensure consistent execution of safety standards and programs.
- Leading strategic community initiatives partnering with Public Policy and Public Relations teams.
- Execute core PXT processes with rigorous standards, conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
- Coordinating effectively with shared services and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
Confirmed role details
- Be expected to work Onsite(s) at an Amazon facility, supporting multiple site(s)s within your region (campus) with regular mobility across assigned locations.
