Staff Data Engineer

The Staff Data Engineer position centres on supporting other data engineers to produce clean, quality code through code reviews and pair programming. It would suit someone who can bring design, build and maintain high-quality, reliable data solutions and own it with a high degree of automation in the cloud to the role.

What you would be doing

Supporting other data engineers to produce clean, quality code through code reviews and pair programming. Own complex tasks in the backlog and deliver them routinely with no significant issues. Leading in the development of M&S standard data frameworks and policies, ensuring that they are understood and adopted.

Design, build and maintain high-quality, reliable data solutions and own it with a high degree of automation in the cloud. Demonstrable leadership mentality, business acuity, and big-picture approach. Expertise in cloud-based data technologies and data warehousing design principles, preferably Azure.

What you need

• Demonstrable experience with ETL tools, . Databricks, SQL.
