Staff Electronics Engineer focuses on leading and contribute to the design and development of electronic subsystems across power, digital, analogue, programmable logic and rf technologies.

What the role involves

  • Leading and contribute to the design and development of electronic subsystems across power, digital, analogue, programmable logic and RF technologies.
  • Test, manufacturing and supply chain to evolve the system architecture.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in mechanical, software, systems.
  • Mentor and coach electronics engineers, providing guidance on design practices, problem-solving, and technical reviews.
  • Review of designs to ensure robustness, reliability and compliance.
  • Supporting the improvement and refinement of development practices, processes and Quality procedures that ensure consistent, reliable and high-quality outputs.

Skills and requirements

  • Degree or comparable experience in Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience shaping technical architectures and approaches electronics projects within a wider multi-disciplinary programme.
