What the role involves
- Leading and contribute to the design and development of electronic subsystems across power, digital, analogue, programmable logic and RF technologies.
- Test, manufacturing and supply chain to evolve the system architecture.
- Collaborate with colleagues in mechanical, software, systems.
- Mentor and coach electronics engineers, providing guidance on design practices, problem-solving, and technical reviews.
- Review of designs to ensure robustness, reliability and compliance.
- Supporting the improvement and refinement of development practices, processes and Quality procedures that ensure consistent, reliable and high-quality outputs.
Skills and requirements
- Degree or comparable experience in Electronics Engineering.
- Experience shaping technical architectures and approaches electronics projects within a wider multi-disciplinary programme.

Additional role context
