What you would be doing
Managing a team of stage crew, technicians, and show support staff. Overseeing the technical and logistical aspects of all stage productions onboard. Coordinating show schedules, rehearsals, and maintenance of show equipment.

What you need
- Bachelors, Associates, or Fine Arts degree in either Theater, Stage Management or Technical Arenas preferred.
- Proven experience as a Stage or Production Manager in theatre, events, or cruise entertainment.
- Previous shipboard experience preferred but not essential.
Practical information
- 4 months on / 2 months off rotation / $3500 per month (worked on board).
- Work with cutting-edge show technology in a dynamic and diverse team.
