Static AC Engineer Tooting focuses on carry out planned preventative maintenance (ppm) on all air conditioning and associated mechanical plant in accordance with the maintenance schedule.

What the role involves

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on all air conditioning and associated mechanical plant in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
• Diagnose faults, identify technical issues, and carry out repairs to air conditioning systems and associated equipment.
• Ensure full compliance with the Client’s Permit to Work system.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment at all times.
• Maintain strong working relationships with the client and site stakeholders.
• Provide daily updates to the client regarding ongoing and completed works.

Skills and requirements

• City & Guilds Qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation, Risk Assessments, and Environmental procedures.

Confirmed role details

• £50,000 per annum.
• Company Credit Card for business expenses and travel.
• 25 Days Annual Leave rising incrementally to 30 days, plus Bank Holidays.
• Private Healthcare after successful probation.
