What you would be doing

Overseeing end‑to‑end trailer builds: loads, driver details, routing, and documentation. Own the “Additions” process: handling route changes, producing reports and sharing updates across departments. Maintaining clean, accurate data across warehouse systems to support day‑team operations.

Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. We’re looking for an organised, analytical and proactive Night Stock Controller to support a fast‑paced logistics operation for one of our major clients.

What you need

• Ability to stay calm and accurate under pressure.
• Confidence working with warehouse management systems (WMS experience is a strong advantage).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.

• Manage night‑shift workflows including trans‑ship operations, crew changes and departure tracking.
