Leading cycle counting, stock verification and reconciliation, ensuring physical stock accuracy aligns with the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Supporting inbound and outbound operations by validating quantities, identifying discrepancies and maintaining accurate system records.

Supporting shift-by-shift logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards. Confident IT user, comfortable with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.

What the role depends on

• Maintaining a safe, clean and audit‑ready warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, licence conditions and contractual standards.
• Carry out root‑cause investigations into stock and system issues, escalating anomalies and supporting corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or stock control environment, with a strong understanding of inventory accuracy, reconciliation and investigation.
