- · Oversee and execute cycle counts and formal stocktakes, driving continuous improvement toward 100% accuracy.
- Analyse stock patterns to reduce shrinkage, anticipate stock risks, and influence commercial decisions.
- · Maintain best‑seller availability and identify replenishment priorities based on commercial needs.

- · Train, coach, and motivate team members on stock handling, replenishment standards, and operational processes.
- · Lead by example in compliance with company policies, loss‑prevention protocols, and Retail Excellence standards.
- · Escalate potential operational risks or emerging stock issues to the Store Manager with urgency and clarity.
