• · Lead the end‑to‑end processing of all deliveries, ensuring speed, accuracy, and adherence to KIKO Milano operational standards.
• · Oversee and execute cycle counts and formal stocktakes, driving continuous improvement toward 100% accuracy.
• Analyse stock patterns to reduce shrinkage, anticipate stock risks, and influence commercial decisions.
• · Maintain best‑seller availability and identify replenishment priorities based on commercial needs.

• · Train, coach, and motivate team members on stock handling, replenishment standards, and operational processes.
• · Lead by example in compliance with company policies, loss‑prevention protocols, and Retail Excellence standards.
• · Escalate potential operational risks or emerging stock issues to the Store Manager with urgency and clarity.
