What the role involves

• Develop a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
• Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the store. Lead.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase customer engagement, optimise store traffic, and maximise profitability. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective train.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and maintaining store standards.
• Overseeing store administration, including compliance with health and safety requirements, banking and any other relevant policies and procedures. Maintain excellent visual merchandis.
• Resolve any staff or customer issues, including complaints and grievances.

Skills and requirements

• Retail, customer service, stock, till, merchandising, or supervisory experience may be useful.
