Store Manager

This Store Manager role is focused on leading and coach your store team to ensure exceptional customer service. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Where the work sits

This is a full-time, 40hrs/week position, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including weekends based at our Bury St Edmunds store. Generous colleague discount - 40% + 5 friends and family discount cards of 30%.2 x Annual paid volunteering days.

Leading and coach your store team to ensure exceptional customer service. Driving sales through effective product management and promotions. Managing daily store operations, including inventory control and merchandising.

• Salary is between £30,000 - £33,000/annum depending on experience.
