What you would be doing
Create and lead a team who support one another and deliver results…whilst having fun along the way! As our Surrey Quays Store Manager you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience and being customer obsessed. In your high street store you will lead your team to create a customer obsessed atmosphere.

What you need
- You have previous store/deputy management experience.
- Be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and unique style through fashion.
- Have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' shopping experience.
