What the role involves

• Meet and exceed ongoing retail store sales targets.
• Ensure that all visual merchandising standards are attractive and in line with weekly changes in accordance with celebratory and promotional events.
• Ensure adequate staffing cover at all times to meet the needs of the business and daily.
• Ensure that all goods offered for sale are of excellent quality and that the store is kept clean and professional in appearance at all times.
• Ensure proper presentation when displayed on the shop floor, to include pricing, ticketing, cleaning, ironing, and stock rotation.
• Managing the shop accounting procedures including banking, till receipts, transactions and cash handling procedures are adhered to at all times.

Skills and requirements

• Customer focused with a drive for meeting sales targets.
• Relevant third level qualification.
• Vision Ireland Strategy 2021-23.

Confirmed role details

• Specific Purpose Contract to cover an employee's leave.
• Full Time 37.5 hours per week 5 days over 7 Days between Monday to Sunday.
