• Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring everything operates smoothly and profitably.
• Leading by example, supporting, coaching, and motivating your team to perform at their best.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing for customers.
• Monitoring sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Maintaining compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Delivering excellent customer service.

Skills and requirements

• Retail, customer service, stock, till, merchandising, or supervisory experience may be useful.

Confirmed role details

• Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts between 7am–12am).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Previous experience in a similar retail management role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
