Job description

As a Store Operations Assistant, the work centres on adhoc requests by store management to support with events, visual merchandising, stock taking and other such duties. It would suit someone who can bring excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail to the role.

What you would be doing

Adhoc requests by store management to support with events, visual merchandising, stock taking and other such duties. Supporting the sales team with retrieving stock in a timely manner including Omnichannel and stock pullback. Quality control on all products at all times and reporting any issues to store lead.

Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. comfortable with warehouse routines.

  • Supporting aftersales process (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to elevate the client experience.
  • Readiness for warehouse, stock, picking, packing, or dispatch work.

  • Through your passion for the brand and professionalism you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently supporting the store back of house operations within our Burberry Sel.
