What the role involves
- Reporting into the Stores Manager, you will be a pivotal part of the Insite team and its success so get ready to be in demand.
- We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers.
- When required, attendance at daily/weekly production and engineering meetings to understand initiatives and priorities at the site.
- Consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service, against the formal agreement, encompassing the agreed site specific KPIs and target.
- Ensure clear understanding of stores management processes.
- Manage stock in line with customer site specific requirements.
Skills and requirements
- In an ideal world it would be great for you to have knowledge of our products and services, but this isn’t essential.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Able to juggle competing priorities.
- Strong organisational skills.
Additional role context
- Ideally you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade counter environment, however full training will be provided so don’t let this stop you from applying!
