Stores Operative focuses on inspect incoming goods against drawings and purchase specifications.

What the role involves

• Inspect incoming goods against drawings and purchase specifications.
• Processing goods inwards and outwards accurately using company systems.
• Store received materials in the correct designated locations.
• Prepare components for production kitting requirements.
• Complete full job kits in line with production schedules.
• Report any shortages or discrepancies.

Skills and requirements

• Undertake additional duties as reasonably requested by management.
• Previous experience working within a busy stores or warehouse environment.
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Sage or similar systems.
• Experience using pallet trucks and/or forklift equipment.

• Days Monday – Thursday: 7.30am-4.30pm and Friday 7.30am-1.30pm.
