Role overview

We are a large, well-established manufacturing facility based in Redditch, supporting high-volume production and precision engineering operations. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Stores operative to join our production support team.

Main responsibilities

Reading and interpreting route cards, pick lists, and engineering drawings. Issuing materials to production cells accurately and on time. Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting cycle counts.

Organised and confident keeping warehouse priorities clear during a shift.

Requirements

• Experience kitting parts for production or assembly.
• Candidates with a pure warehouse background and no manufacturing exposure.
• Applicants unable to explain what a route card or BOM (Bill of Materials) is.
