What the role involves

• Conducting field investigations within allocated catchments to understand the root causes of CSO activation.
• Reviewing CCTV footage and contractor collected data to identify issues and determine practical solutions.
• Working closely with civils separation contractors to develop efficient, cost-effective separation approaches.
• Attending local customer drop in events to engage with the public.
• Identifying issues early and implementing effective solutions to ensure infrastructure resilience during adverse weather.
• Supporting the wider Clean Rivers & Seas Task Force in delivering environmental improvements across the region.

Skills and requirements

• Participation in incident support rotas as required (details discussed at interview) Hybrid working across sites, catchments, and home.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and stakeholders at community events.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Practical experience in a hands on or field-based role.

Confirmed role details

• 37 hours per week (with overtime opportunities).
