How the role works day to day

Deliver high quality services, placing the Agent’s objectives at the heart of all decision making. To support the Head of Service in the development of overarching ambitious and end-user focused strategies and policies. To act as an advocate for the Agent and Council, in national and regional partnerships, providing strategic input into initiatives and collaborations with external and internal sta.

What needs to be in place

• To work positively and proactively with portfolio holders, WG officers and ministers, on relevant service matters.
• Applications may be submitted in Welsh, applications submitted in Welsh will not be treated less favourably than an application submitted in English.
