Street Reds Casual Coach focuses on to deliver or support on the delivery of a curriculum of social education workshops designed to improve participant’s confidence, employability and personal development through foo.
What the role involves
- To deliver or support on the delivery of a curriculum of social education workshops designed to improve participant’s confidence, employability and personal development through foo.
- To ensure that the Foundation’s code of conduct is upheld in all activities, delivery and physical appearance.
- Uphold the Foundation’s Safeguarding policy and guidelines to ensure all young people are safe and looked after.
- To support the Head Coach in ensuring the delivery of sessions remains high and all suitable duties on the night are undertaken.
- To support the Head Coach to register young people into the session, ensuring we are compliant with the Foundation consenting procedures.
Skills and requirements
- To maintain required qualifications in line with the FA Coaches license and other qualifications where required.
- To support the Head Coach in the collation of case study information for termly reporting to funders when required.
- Minimum FA Level 1 in coaching football (or equivalent).
- First Aid qualification.
Confirmed role details
- This position is a casual role and hours of work are from 5pm onwards and will depend on the assigned location.
