i-teachers are currently working with a fantastic secondary academy based in the Rochdale area who are eager to find a proactive, resilient and dedicated Student Behaviour Assistant to join their secondary academy in a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year supporting students with SEMH needs based both inside and out of the classroom.

Student Behaviour Assistant – Role Information:

· Student Behaviour Assistant

· Located in Rochdale

· Based in one secondary school

· Remainder of academic year – Monday to Friday

· Working hours: 08.30am – 15.00pm

· FREE online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding

· Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group support

· Supporting students with behavioural & SEMH needs

· Interviewing for role ASAP – Apply NOW!

Student Behaviour Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

· Minimum 2:1 UK based degree

· Strong academic background

· Prior experience working with children or young people

· Naturally outgoing and dedicated individual

· Excellent organisation and communication skills

· Ability to build strong rapport with children and adolescents

Student Behaviour Assistant – The School:

· Excellent secondary school

· Located in Rochdale

· Dedicated and proactive Pastoral support department

· Close relationships with parents of students

· History of working with talented graduates

· Pride themselves on high standard of teaching & learning
