What the role involves

  • Support, commitment, motivation, sense of purpose and passion.
  • Provide clinical support to clinics using MED-EL systems, including device checks and supporting appropriate reporting processes.
  • Delivering training for clinic staff and on new products.
  • Assisting in preparing clinical materials such as leaflets and guidance documents.
  • Maintaining appropriate reporting systems, including audit and activity data.
  • Provide clinical support via telephone and email to professionals, patients and families.

  • This is a full-time, permanent role to support clinics predominately the South.
