As a Student Support Assistant, the work centres on assisting with learning plans and daily routines. It would suit someone who can bring reliability, clear communication, and practical judgement to the role.
Role overview
You’ll support students across KS3–KS4, helping with behaviour, wellbeing, and learning access. Offer 1:1 and group support inside and outside of lessons.

careful practical judgement. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
