  • Supporting the Finance Manager with staff expenses and receipt tracking.
  • Organise QA meetings (ISO/WREN/Project checklists).
  • Keeping project management software and HR databases (Rapport3) updated.
  • Assisting with studio facilities, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams as required.

Skills and requirements

  • Support with scheduling, document preparation, and client communications.
  • Provide telephone and general administrative support across the team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
