- Organise QA meetings (ISO/WREN/Project checklists).
- Keeping project management software and HR databases (Rapport3) updated.
- Assisting with studio facilities, supplies, and maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to project teams as required.
Skills and requirements
- Support with scheduling, document preparation, and client communications.
- Provide telephone and general administrative support across the team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
