Sub Agent focuses on managing daily site operations to achieve programme, productivity, and quality targets.

What the role involves

• Managing daily site operations to achieve programme, productivity, and quality targets.
• Ensure accurate implementation of engineering controls in line with contract drawings, specifications, and testing regimes.
• Review, and implement risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), delivering briefings to supervisors and operatives.
• Ensure all works are executed safely and in compliance with legal health, safety, and environmental requirements, promoting a strong safety culture aligned with our 100% SAFE value.
• Manage labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to ensure effective and efficient resource utilisation.
• Liaise daily with the Senior Foreman regarding programme, labour, productivity, and short‑term planning.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant industry qualification (HND, HNC, BEng, or equivalent).
• SMSTS (5‑day) qualification.

Candidate fit

• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously without compromising safety or quality.
