Job description
The Submarine Technical Program Manager position centres on the candidate will also undertake financial and project management within the subsea engineering team to support the ongoing operations of our in-service network. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

The Subsea engineering team is responsible for all aspects of submarine network deployment, operation, upgrades and management within AWS.
Main responsibilities
The candidate will also undertake financial and project management within the subsea engineering team to support the ongoing operations of our in-service network. We ensure that the delivery of the projects meet our high standards and specifications. AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure.
Requirements
- And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.
- 7+ years' experience in Program Management, preferably on a global scale, with ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.
- Knowledge and experience with submarine cable systems.
