  • Extensive functional and technical HCM implementation experience across the full transformation lifecycle, from HR/IT advisory, vendor selection and solution design through impleme.
  • Deep expertise in HR technology and integrations across the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, covering on‑premise and cloud solutions including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and best‑o.
  • Proven delivery of complex, multi‑country HR and payroll integrations within large global organisations across sectors such as telecommunications, banking, and utilities.
