What you would be doing

Carry out regular flushing of little used water outlets such as taps and showers. This role will provide operational support to the Estates department to support the ongoing maintenance and compliance of the University Estate. Work at premises which the University currently has or may subsequently acquire or any premises at which it may from time to time provide services.
