Supervise Warehouse Operatives and manage all operational activity within your zone during shift. Coach and develop Operatives through 1:1s, performance reviews and team briefings. Delivering agreed productivity, throughput and CPU targets against budget.

• Previous experience within distribution, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Relevant warehouse, stock control, shift leadership, or dispatch experience.
