Supervisor – M&E Rail

Supervisor focuses on liaise with the customer, their representatives, and other stakeholders on operational issues.

What the role involves

• Liaise with the customer, their representatives, and other stakeholders on Operational Issues.
• Initiates valuable business relationships and works to ensure they are developed effectively.
• Managing Key-stake holders through the project life cycle.
• Managing a team of Geographically or skilled based operatives allocated to the framework.
• Set-up a Safe & Secure work site in accordance with Sisk Process & Procedures.
• Active involvement in HSEQS management on our projects and challenge working practices Onsite and across our business to ensure continuous improvement in line.

Skills and requirements

• Working towards an academic and or a professional industry related qualification.
• Degree or Diploma in a construction related subject.

Confirmed role details

• Company Car or Car Allowance (Band 1 and above).
