- The post holder will ensure that standard operating procedures are followed, ensuring.
- To its patients and service users whilst ensuring operational continuity within the operational administration teams.
- Supporting in development, implementation and regular review of policies and procedures, this includes providing/creating documentation to support training within operational administ.

Skills and requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent supervisory experience.
- Microsoft Office qualification.
- Previous experience of working in a customer service environment.
- Time Management Skills or experience of working with a busy/demanding environment.
