This organisation has some great customer relationships, and they need support across their B2B Supply Chain network.
In this Supply Chain role, you will act at the key point of contact for our UK customers and deliver first-class supply chain operations to these clients.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience within supply chain, ideally within a customer-facing or FMCG environment where you canmunicate clearly with customers and key stakeholders via phone and email. You will support the entire order-to-cash process, including onboarding new clients and managing existing client accounts. You will ensure products are delivered on time and in full, solving any issues as they arise.
Experience in SAP is desirable, or similar ERP system. You must be able tomute to Uxbridge 3 times per week for this role, with a hybrid offering the other 2 days.
