As a Supply Design Technology Teacher, the work centres on supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.
Role overview
We are welcoming applications from Design Technology Teachers with specialisms in, Food and Nutrition, Textiles, Resistant Materials, or Product Design. We are dedicated to safer recruitment, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Main responsibilities
supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. Able to support learners with patience and structure.
Requirements
- Work assignments are subject to safeguarding and child protection screening in line with DfE polices, including right to work, recent employment references and enhanced DBS checks.
- Have UK Qualified Teaching Status (QTS or QTLS).
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS that is registered with the Update Service or to be prepared to apply for a new Enhanced DBS with ourselves (cost applied).
