What the role involves

• Delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Step into classrooms with confidence and quickly establish a productive learning environment, utilising behaviour management skills where required.
• Follow school specific processes and policies (e.g behaviour management, safeguarding).
• Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and classroom expectations.
• Supporting pupils of varying abilities, including SEN and EAL learners where required.
• Provide feedback to school staff on lesson outcomes and pupil progression.

Skills and requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Flexible working to suit your life and your schedule.

Candidate fit

• All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
• In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
