Academics Ltd are working with numerous, outstanding schools in and around the Bicester area who are looking to appoint supply teachers ASAP. * Previous teaching experience in a classroom setting, ideally with experience across multiple key stages.
How support shows up
Providing guidance, assistance, and support to students in their academic and personal development. Delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of regular classroom teachers. Adapting teaching materials and strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
What needs to be in place
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
