How the role works day to day
To liaise with other Medical/Nursing and administration staff within the Trust as appropriate. Use judgement and initiative to prioritise the importance/urgency of particular requests with the team. Assisting the Medical Secretary in dealing with incoming correspondence and facilitating prompt action on results/reports.

- 6 months (6 Month Fixed Term/Secondment Contract, with the possibility of becoming a permanent post.).

What needs to be in place
- Customer Care / Customer Service Training / or demonstrable experience.
- GCSE English Language Grade C or equivalent (evidence required).
- RSA II Typing/Word Processing or equivalent qualification or recent equivalent level of demonstrable experience.
